Honey Mustard Chicken Bake

INGREDIENTS:

4 chicken thighs

¼ cup of Good Country Hemp honey mustard hemp dressing

3 tbsp of Good Country Hemp hemp oil

500g baby potatoes

100g green beans

1 tbsp Good Country Hemp hemp seed

Salt & pepper

METHOD:

Combine chicken, honey mustard dressing and 1 tbsp of hemp oil and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut baby potatoes in half and toss in 2 tbsp of hemp oil with salt and pepper.

Place potatoes in an oven proof dish, bake at 180oC for 25 minutes

Remove dish and add chicken, cook for a further 20 minutes

Add green beans to the baking dish, cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Remove and sprinkle with hulled hemp seed.

Serve.
